Mediators

Mark S. Loye, Principal, has 19 years in the dispute resolution field, with expertise in the multi-party environmental and land use arena.  He also has experience in community, organizational, business, EEO, and real estate mediation.  Mr. Loye also has extensive facilitation experience, allowing Mediation Works 2 to offer its clients management of facilitated group retreats.  Since 1998, he has served as a contract mediator with the U.S. Postal Service's REDRESS and REDRESS II programs, mediating EEO cases, and has been the Director of Jefferson County, Colorado's community mediation program since 1994.  Mark is a founding member and organizer of the Colorado Community Mediation Coalition.  He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the National Association for Community Mediation and is a past board of directors member of the Colorado Council of Mediators.  He holds a BA in Biology from Stanford University, an MS in Ecology from Cornell University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Denver. Mark Loye (303) 278-3349 msloye@mediationworks2.com
